I missed the personalization to have the name put on the hat. I was really disappointed when I received it with no name. I ordered a total of 5 items, so it was a lot. I really wish the seller would have reached out prior to shipping to inquire if it was a mistake or not. Her solution was to send me a link to purchase another hat… not the best solution. I get that it was my mistake, however, I think that she could have simply asked. This is the second order that I have made with her. I had another large order from my previous newborn. I ended up taking the hat to a local person to add her name. I had to pay even more for what was included and not cheap!
